Who you are buying from

Every purchase made through this site is a purchase from Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record: it takes the payment, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any VAT or sales tax due in your country. Its full company details are shown at checkout and on your receipt, and its terms are at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.

This site publishes the Creative Awakening Protocol, written under the name Jake Lighthead, and is operated from Finland. For anything at all — a file that will not open, a refund, a question about these terms — write to creativeawakeningprotocol@gmail.com. A person answers, usually within two business days.

If you need the operator's registered details in order to make a formal complaint or bring a claim, ask by email and they will be given to you.

What you are buying

Every product sold here is a digital file, delivered as a PDF. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you receive an immediate download link on screen and by email. The file is yours permanently, including any later revisions of the same product, and you may print it for your own use.

Your licence is personal. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the files, and you may not use them to build a derivative product for sale.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately that right ends once the download begins, and by starting the download you agree to that and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal.

That is the legal position. In practice, if a file will not open, arrives damaged, or is not what the page described, write to creativeawakeningprotocol@gmail.com and it will be put right — replaced or refunded. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy.

What these products are, and are not

Everything sold here is educational material grounded in published research. None of it is medical advice, psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It is designed to work alongside therapy and medication, not instead of them. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line rather than a workbook.

All products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. No outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The final amount charged, including any applicable VAT, is calculated and displayed at checkout according to your country. Prices may change, but never for a purchase already completed.

Liability

These products are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Complaints and applicable law

Start by writing to creativeawakeningprotocol@gmail.com. Most things are settled that way.

If they are not, consumers in Finland can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting the Consumer Advisory Service (kkv.fi). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre (eccnet.eu). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. As a consumer you keep the protections of your own country's mandatory law and may bring a claim in your own courts.

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your purchase.
