Privacy

The short version. This site collects nothing about you. There is no account, no contact form, no newsletter signup, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies of its own, and nothing at all is loaded from another company while you read the page — the typefaces are served from this site's own server. If you never click a buy button, no third party learns that you were here.

Who to contact

This site is operated from Finland and publishes the Creative Awakening Protocol. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to creativeawakeningprotocol@gmail.com. If you need the operator's registered details in order to make a formal data protection complaint, ask by email and they will be given to you.

When you buy something

The checkout is operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as Merchant of Record and as an independent controller of the data you enter there. Its overlay script is loaded only at the moment you click a buy button, so your IP address reaches Lemon Squeezy only once you have chosen to start a purchase.

Lemon Squeezy collects your email address, billing details, and the country and tax information it needs to charge the correct VAT, on the legal basis of performing the contract with you and meeting its tax obligations. Its privacy notice is at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. Card numbers are handled by its payment processors and are never visible here.

What comes back is the order record: your email address, what you bought, and when. It is used to deliver the file, answer support messages, and send you a revised file if the product is updated. It is kept for as long as accounting law requires, and no longer.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps short-lived server logs containing IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting. That is the only processing that happens simply because you visited, and the legal basis is legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.

Cookies

This site sets none. Lemon Squeezy sets the cookies it needs to run a checkout and prevent fraud, on its own domain, once you reach the payment page.

Marketing

You will not be added to a mailing list as a side effect of buying something. If a newsletter is offered later it will be opt-in, and every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, ask for processing to be restricted, object to processing, or ask for your data in a portable format. Write to creativeawakeningprotocol@gmail.com and you will get an answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Data outside the EU

Lemon Squeezy and Netlify are based in the United States, so some processing takes place there under the transfer mechanisms those companies rely on, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
